I’ve received a damaged/faulty item, what should I do?

    Recieved damaged goods on December 12. Emailed support same day.  Now it's 22 December. All i have gotten is an email informing me "we are busy" and another email asking me "how is our support staff?"

    They are crappy. Still stuck with broken goods, no refund or exchange offered.

    the package arrived today but damaged, the package was folded and the disc inside too. how can you go about it? I’m Italian, can I have a reimburse?

    My order arrived today but it has really bad quality, the fabric is so thin that it shows too much. I waited almost a moth to have it and the quality disappointed me a lot, I want a refund

    I got t-shirts with holes in them. I sent an email with photos on November 15, 2021 but there is still no response. Disappointed with the quality and service

    Email sent on 18 July and still no answer - apart from getting the link to this website!!!!

    My 13-year old daughter was at the Coldplay concert in Paris yesterday and got back home today. She purchased a T-Shirt at the merchandising desk. The T-Shirt has got a huge hole in the back - probably from the cutter while someone was opening the box. Pictures attached. The cost of the T-Shirt was 45 EUR and she cannot even wear it. Could we please get a new T-Shirt?
