If you have received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected - please get in touch with us. We will ask you to supply photographic evidence and after we review it, we will be able to either arrange for a replacement or an exchange. If we have accepted a fault on our behalf and ask you to return the item, we will reimburse shipping costs for the return.

Recieved damaged goods on December 12. Emailed support same day. Now it's 22 December. All i have gotten is an email informing me "we are busy" and another email asking me "how is our support staff?"
They are crappy. Still stuck with broken goods, no refund or exchange offered.
