I’ve received a damaged/faulty item, what should I do?

    Recieved damaged goods on December 12. Emailed support same day.  Now it's 22 December. All i have gotten is an email informing me "we are busy" and another email asking me "how is our support staff?"

    They are crappy. Still stuck with broken goods, no refund or exchange offered.

    the package arrived today but damaged, the package was folded and the disc inside too. how can you go about it? I’m Italian, can I have a reimburse?

    My order arrived today but it has really bad quality, the fabric is so thin that it shows too much. I waited almost a moth to have it and the quality disappointed me a lot, I want a refund
