I’ve received a damaged/faulty item, what should I do?

    Recieved damaged goods on December 12. Emailed support same day.  Now it's 22 December. All i have gotten is an email informing me "we are busy" and another email asking me "how is our support staff?"

    They are crappy. Still stuck with broken goods, no refund or exchange offered.
