Please make sure that you write down your order ID and reason for return on a slip of paper and include it within your returns parcel. We recommend sending your returns out as tracked in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit.
We do not offer free returns so you would need to pay for this. However, if you received the incorrect item or it arrived damaged, please get in touch.
Once the warehouse receive your package your request will be dealt with within 2 working days. Should you request an exchange then please allow up to 5 working days for the replacement to ship out to you. If you have requested a refund, your refund will be processed within 2 working days.
