A recipient signature may not always be required for a successful delivery.
If there is nobody available to receive your delivery, our carriers may attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or safe, secure location.
A card may be left advising you of the above, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You are then able to contact the corresponding postal service to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
